To request a license for your FreeForm or ClayTools system, please fill out the required fields below. To request a license for OpenHaptics, login to the�DSC. If you do not have a DSC login, contact dscadmin@sensable.com.

SensAble Technologies Customer Support is open from 9 am to 5 pm EST/EDT, Monday through Friday. You should receive a license within 24 hours.

A license will�not be issued without the proper PHANTOM� Desktop� or PHANTOM Omni� serial number and proper Host ID, so pay careful attention when entering your information.

The Host ID value can be found by opening your FreeForm or ClayTools software and choosing Help > About Licensing.

FreeForm and ClayTools Users from within the application select Help > About Licensing.
OpenHaptics Users, do the following:

From Windows, Select Start menu, choose Run.

In the Open field type "cmd" and click OK, (no quotes).

This brings up a DOS window. Make sure you are on C:\>, If not change to your local working directory, type C: and press <enter>

From the C:\> type "dir /p and press <enter>
