Salt Lake City, July 13, 2000 - Design Engine announced today that it will officially launch the first FreeForm™ digital sculpting workshop in Utah starting August 1st. As partner with SensAble Technologies, Design Engine will be the first corporate and academic FreeForm training center in the United States.
In order to increase the company's digital training presence in Utah, Design Engine showcased its entire "end-to-end" digital content creation process to the general public at the Utah Art Festival last month. The FreeForm system played a critical role in the front-end design conceptualization process at the show. "This is truly an amazing software for our training workshop and for the design community as a whole," commented Robin Peng, principal of Design Engine. "We greatly value SensAble Technologies' support of our overall design training objectives here in Utah."

"Being able to deploy our consulting design capabilities to the educational arena has been one of the most rewarding experiences for all of us here in the studio," said Peng.
