| Course Title: | Be More Productive with the Sensable Intellifit Digital Restoration System |
| Course Description: | This session will demonstrate how the Sensable intellifit™ digital restoration system can quickly and easily design fixed and removable restorations using a touch-enabled stylus and flexible modeling technology. In a rapidly moving, open systems environment, labs want the flexibility to choose best of breed components – from scanners to fabrication systems – but they also want to know their restorations will fit perfectly every time. Sensable’s patent-pending intellifit technology ensures this, due to the system integration, testing and best practices developed by Sensable for the processes and materials labs want to use, today and tomorrow. This live demonstration will show how to digitally design flexible and metal partials, full contour crown and bridge, veneers and other complex restorations. You will see the latest design enhancements and intelligently automated workflows to significantly increase your productivity and address a broad range of restorations including metal occlusion, metal dummies, combination cases and open facings. The system can also create obturators, splints and nightguards -- on the Sensable intellifit digital restoration system, if you can wax it, you can make it! The instructor will also discuss distributed digital workflows, beginning with intraoral and impression scanning, model printing, additive manufacturing technologies including biocompatible resins for try-ins and direct metal fabrication, pressing and expanded milling options. Course is appropriate for technicians of all levels, with or without experience in digital design. |
