Join Majenta Solutions for a workshop on Digital Maxillofacial Reconstruction using the FreeForm Modeling Plus system -- a haptically-enabled (force-feedback) 3D digital sculpting & design system. Workshop participants will receive hands-on experience using FreeForm, and be lead by an experienced instructor through the creation of a cranial implant. Specific tasks from importing 3D data from a CT or MRI scan source, right through to producing a final model will be covered. Participants can explore their designs and make fit/measurement/ and manufacturability checks before preparing the implant model for export to Rapid Prototyping and other downstream applications such as CNC milling.
